Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target\-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote pharmaceutical products, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and stockists.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory.
• Visit doctors, chemists, distributors, and stockists regularly.
• Generate new leads and develop strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Explain product features, benefits, and product\-related information to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and product availability.
• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain sales records.
• Ensure proper coverage of the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the sales and backend teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• B. Pharma / B. Sc. / BBA / MBA in Marketing candidates will be preferred.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative (MR) profiles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
