• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a motivated **Field Sales Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting customers in person, generating leads, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, achieving targets, and working independently.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned area.
• Present and promote our products/services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
• Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager.
• Gather market feedback and competitor information.

• *Requirements:**

• Prior sales experience is a plus (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
