• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and target\-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions to businesses. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting face\-to\-face meetings, demonstrating software solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and direct meetings.
• Promote and sell the company's software solutions to businesses.
• Generate new leads and develop strong client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
• Explore new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• *Requirements**

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, software sales, or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to meet clients in person and generate business independently.
• Target\-oriented with a strong focus on closing sales.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Candidates with experience selling SaaS, accounting software, or business solutions will be preferred.
