Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products at assigned locations.
• Visit retail stores, dealers, distributors and potential customers to generate sales.
• Demonstrate electronic products and explain their features, specifications, benefits and usage to customers.
• Develop engaging sales pitches for different target customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers and customers.
• Generate leads, collect customer contact information and follow up regularly to convert prospects into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers and sales strategies.
• Gather customer feedback regarding product quality, pricing and market demand.
• Maintain customer databases and update daily sales and visit reports.
• Prepare sales, needs analysis and cost\-benefit reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability and delivery updates.
• Complete mandatory product knowledge and compliance training.
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets wherever applicable.
• Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the service team for after\-sales support.

• Job requirements, skills and qualifications:*

• *10\+2 from a certified educational board*
• *Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or an equivalent diploma certificate*
• *Two years of proven sales experience*
• *Excellent communication skills*
• *Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines*
• *Proven track record in achieving targets*
• *Customer service skills*

• Job type: Full timeSalary: ₹30,000 to ₹32,000 per month \+ Comission*
