Field Sales & Marketing Representative

We are looking for a Field Sales \& Marketing Representative who will be managing on\-ground business development in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, proactive in generating new opportunities, and skilled at managing offline sales channels.

\- Location: Kolkata (On\-site)

\- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

\- Role Type: Full\-time

\- Starting Salary: **30,000** \+ Commission on Sales \+ P/F Benefits

The candidate can earn upto **5 lakhs** through commission opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit corporates, schools \& universities, financial institutions to promote products and onboard clients.
• Schedule and attend meetings; maintain strong client relationships.
• Share product catalogues, quotations, and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain visit logs, follow\-ups, and sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business preferred).
• 3 years’ experience in field sales or B2B marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation \& presentation skills.
• Confident, professional, and goal\-oriented.
• A person with a **two wheeler** available is preferred for travelling purposes.
• Retired personnel can also apply for the opportunity!
