Field Sales Representative

VZEN Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **dynamic and result\-oriented Industrial Field Sales Executive** to join our Sales \& Marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new industrial customers, managing existing clients, conducting regular market visits, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with **industrial customers and B2B clients**.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and market development.
• Conduct regular visits to factories, manufacturing units, dealers and industrial customers.
• Promote and sell VZEN's **industrial oils, lubricants, petroleum products, solvents and related products**.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long\-term business relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly field visit and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

Requirements

• **2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales** preferred.
• Experience in selling **industrial products, lubricants, oils, chemicals, petroleum products or related products** will be an advantage.
• **Own Bike/Scooty is mandatory.**
• Valid Driving Licence required.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong field sales and customer\-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel across **Kolkata, Howrah and Hooghly**.
• Target\-oriented, confident and self\-motivated.
