• *Sales Officer** to expand our market footprint, manage distributor/retailer networks, and drive secondary sales across the assigned territory in Angul.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the allocated geographical area.
• Appoint, manage, and build strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and retail partners.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor sales associates or field teams to ensure performance metrics are met.
• Maintain regular CRM updates and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• *Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• *Experience:** 1 to 4 years of proven field sales or B2B/general trade experience in FMCG.

• *Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and local relationship\-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively in the field.

• Identify and visit prospective customers, retail stores, or institutional accounts daily.
• Promote company products, share catalogs, and deliver sales presentations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion quotas.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, product features, and delivery terms.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and orders in the company reporting system.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
