Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self\-motivated, and target\-oriented FMCG Sales Executives to drive product sales, develop market presence, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, retailer handling, market visits, and FMCG product distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily market visits to retail shops, supermarkets, and general trade outlets.
• Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers and distributors.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Take orders from retailers and ensure regular product availability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities, product pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and proper shelf placement.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with distributors.
• Submit daily sales reports and market visit updates.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong retailer and distributor handling capabilities.
• Knowledge of general trade and retail markets.
• Target\-oriented and confident personality.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two\-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in FMCG companies, including beverages, packaged foods, personal care, home care, and consumer goods, will be preferred.
