Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target\-driven Field Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, meet prospective customers, promote products or services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills, along with the ability to work independently in the field.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers within assigned territories.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide after\-sales support.
Market Coverage
- Conduct regular field visits to retailers, distributors, businesses, or end customers.
- Expand market reach and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Reporting \& Documentation
- Maintain records of sales visits, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Update CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
Collections \& Follow\-up
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending orders.
- Assist in payment collection and account reconciliation when required.
