Field Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, results\-driven **Field Sales \& Marketing Executive** to join our team. In this on\-field role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base across commercial and institutional sectors—specifically visiting hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering services, resorts, shopping malls, hospitals, and corporate facilities. You will drive sales from lead generation and sample presentations to negotiation, closing deals, and securing recurring orders.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Field Prospecting \& Lead Generation:**
• Identify, map, and conduct daily in\-person visits to prospective B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, caterers, resorts, hospitals, malls, and facility managers.
• Map purchasing decision\-makers (Purchase Managers, F\&B Managers, General Managers, Procurement Heads).
• **Product Presentation \& Pitching:**
• Present product catalogues, carry and showcase sample kits, and highlight product advantages (ply quality, absorbency, softness, custom\-branding/logo printing options).
• Understand customer requirements and suggest optimal product mixes and packaging solutions.
• **Deal Negotiation \& Closing:**
• Overcome objections, close sales deals, and secure purchase orders (POs).
• **Account Management \& Order Procurement:**
• Establish and maintain strong long\-term business relationships to secure recurring monthly/weekly orders.
• Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding accounts receivable.
• **Market Intelligence \& Reporting:**
• Gather competitor pricing, market trends, and new product opportunities.
• Maintain daily/weekly visit logs, pipeline reports, and sales targets achieved.
