Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Gate Automation)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-oriented Field Sales Executives for our Gate Automation division in Bangalore. Candidates must be fluent in Kannada and should be native to Bangalore or have good knowledge of the local Bangalore market.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting customers, explaining gate automation solutions and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads in Bangalore.
• Visit residential properties, villas, apartments, builders and construction sites.
• Meet customers and explain automatic gate solutions and product benefits.
• Promote sliding gate motors, swing gate motors and other gate automation products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site visits.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Must be fluent in **Kannada (Mandatory)**.
• Must be a Bangalore native or have strong knowledge of the Bangalore local market.
• Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Experience in field sales, building materials, construction or automation sales is preferred.
• Two\-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.

• Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.
• Experienced field sales candidates will be given preference.
