Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, target\-driven, and self\-motivated **Field Sales Executives** to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to visit local businesses every day, introduce Sellio's platform, onboard new sellers, and help them start selling online.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, traveling locally, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned market areas and commercial locations daily.
- Identify potential businesses suitable for Sellio.
- Present Sellio's features, benefits, and business opportunities.
- Convince business owners to register on Sellio.
- Complete seller onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
- Assist sellers in installing and using the Sellio Seller App/Portal.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Build long\-term relationships with business owners.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Daily Expectations
- Visit **20–30 businesses** every day.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Generate qualified seller leads.
- Successfully onboard new sellers.
- Submit end\-of\-day activity reports through the company CRM/App.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in face\-to\-face sales.
- Ability to convince and build trust with business owners.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem\-solving skills.
- Good time management.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, FMCG, telecom, banking, or eCommerce sales is an advantage.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Two\-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
