Field Sales Representative

• *Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Field Sales )**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Field visits to identify prospective borrowers \& Self\-Help Groups (SHGs).

Handling the loan lifecycle (KYC, documentation, and disbursement).

Ensuring timely collection of loan installments.

Building strong community relationships.

Experience: Both Freshers and Experience can apply (Prior field sales/banking experience is a plus).

Location \- have to relocate within 50\-100km from home location and Accommodation will be provided

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹23,000\.00 per month
