Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and customer\-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell home appliances, including Water Purifiers (RO), Kitchen Chimneys, Gas Stoves (Chulha), and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell RO water purifiers, kitchen chimneys, gas stoves, and other home appliance products.
- Visit retail outlets, dealers, distributors, builders, and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and installation processes to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain relationships with existing dealers and customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer feedback reports.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and dealers where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate or 12th Pass (depending on experience).
- 1–3 years of sales experience in home appliances, consumer durables, electrical products, or kitchen appliances preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Valid two\-wheeler driving license preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer\-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile sales applications.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics.

Working Conditions
- Field\-based role requiring regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Flexible working hours based on customer and market requirements.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary \+ Sales Incentives \+ Travel Allowance (as per company policy).
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
