A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by meeting prospects and existing clients face\-to\-face within an assigned geographic territory. They are responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation \& Prospecting:** Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and on\-ground territory research.
- **Direct Selling \& Presentations:** Conduct in\-person product demonstrations and pitch the value proposition of products or services to prospective clients.
- **Account Management:** Build and maintain strong, long\-lasting customer relationships, ensuring regular follow\-ups for repeat business and contract renewals.
- **Negotiation \& Closing:** Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing or contract terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and on\-ground customer feedback to refine sales strategies
