Job Summary

We are looking for a **dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive** to join our growing team in the renewable energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

• *Preference: Gujarati \& Hindi\-speaking candidates preferred.**

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, networking, and online platforms.
• Meet potential customers to understand their energy requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
• Explain solar products, benefits, return on investment (ROI), and government subsidy schemes to customers.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for project proposals.
• Follow up with clients and effectively convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain sales reports, customer details, and lead database.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0 – 3 years of experience in sales preferred.
• Freshers with a passion for sales and learning opportunities are welcome to apply.
• Experience in solar, electrical, renewable energy, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Two\-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
