MedleyMed is hiring Field Senior/Sales Executives for our diagnostics vertical in Hyderabad. You will bring diagnostic labs, collection centres and imaging centres onto our consumer platform and grow test bookings and home collections through the app. This is a field job — you will be out meeting lab owners and centre managers every day, with calls and WhatsApp used for follow\-ups.**What you will do**

• Generate leads and build your own pipeline of labs, collection centres and imaging centres in your assigned area, through field visits, references and local networks.
• Meet lab owners and centre managers, understand how their business runs, and pitch the product.
• Close the deal and complete onboarding — load the test menu and prices, set home collection areas and slots, collect the required documents and payment settlement details, and get the listing live.
• Train the lab staff on accepting bookings, handling sample pickups and uploading reports on the portal.
• Stay in touch with your labs after onboarding, keep their test list and prices updated, and keep their accounts active.
• Follow up on calls and WhatsApp and share approved marketing material with leads and customers.
• Record your daily work and report to your manager.
• Share market and customer feedback with the team.

The role carries monthly targets and performance KPIs, and you will be reviewed against them.**Who can apply**

• ----------------

• 1\-3 years of field sales experience. Selling to diagnostic labs and collection centres, or working with diagnostic chains, lab software or online diagnostics platforms, is preferred.
• Any graduate. A pharmacy or life sciences background is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of common test panels, pricing and report turnaround times, or the willingness to learn them quickly.
• Telugu and Hindi fluently, with basic English.
• Own two\-wheelers with a valid driving license, and a smartphone.
• Ready to work in the field for most of the day.
