• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams

• *Job Description**

This is a full\-time on\-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, answering their queries and resolving their issues. They will also collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions, and will work closely with the development / Support team to ensure smooth product delivery, Installation and Commissioning and After Sales Support.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
