• *Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in servicing and maintaining welding machines, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing various types of welding equipment. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on\-site technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the optimal performance of our welding machines.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct on\-site installation, maintenance, and repair of welding machines at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with welding equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and software\-related problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and longevity of welding machines.
• Collaborate with customers to identify their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions, including recommending equipment upgrades or modifications.
• Document all service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions, in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide training and technical support to customers and internal staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of welding machines.
• Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in welding equipment maintenance and repair.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of **1 years** of experience in servicing and repairing welding machines, preferably in a field service or customer support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues in welding equipment.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, including MIG, TIG, stick, and flux\-cored welding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
