• *Role Overview** Build and scale Figma design systems and templates (emails \& landing pages) for higher\-ed marketing campaigns using Claude AI to speed up production.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Design Systems:** Build Figma components, variables, variants, and responsive templates.
• **AI Workflows:** Use Claude to analyze brand assets, streamline setup, and refine production steps.
• **Multi\-Brand Execution:** Adapt core email and landing page templates to fit specific partner brands.
• **QA \& Organization:** Review AI outputs, enforce strict naming conventions, and ensure accessibility.

• *What You Need**

• **Figma:** Mastery of Auto Layout, variables, components, and libraries.
• **Claude AI:** Direct experience using Claude for design or production tasks.
• **Portfolio:** Proven work in design systems, templates, or multi\-brand projects.
• **Nice\-to\-Have:** Email production tools (e.g., Emailify), HTML/CSS, or higher\-ed experience.

Pay: ₹9,500\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
