Pidge is a fast\-growing logistics and last\-mile delivery platform committed to building a reliable delivery partner network across India. We are looking for energetic and result\-oriented **Field Recruiters** to expand our vendor network and support large\-scale delivery executive hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard recruitment vendors and agencies for hiring delivery executives.
• Conduct regular field visits to build and strengthen vendor partnerships.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely onboarding of delivery executives.
• Work closely with the operations team to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, MIS, and vendor records.
• Build long\-term relationships with recruitment partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Field Recruitment, Staffing, Vendor Acquisition, or Logistics Recruitment.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with extensive local travel.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

Salary \& Benefits
