Finance & Accounts Head

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting, financial reporting, and book closure.
• Oversee bank reconciliation, cash flow, and fund management.
• Handle GST, TDS, statutory audits, and tax compliance.
• Ensure accurate financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise the accounts team and internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.

• *Requirements**

• Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in accounts and finance; NBFC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
