Qualification: Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)

MUST HAVE : SAP HANA , MIS REPORTING

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting \& Accounting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage Record\-to\-Report (R2R) activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month\-end closing.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
Prepare and review Profit \& Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. Budgeting \& Forecasting
Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting.
Monitor budget utilization and provide insights on financial performance.
Support management with financial planning and business performance analysis. Financial Analysis
Perform variance analysis for actuals versus budget and forecast.
Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision\-making. Taxation \& Compliance
Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filing.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements. Cash Flow Management
Monitor cash flow movements and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Support working capital management and liquidity planning.
Track receivables and payables to optimize cash position. Required Skills \& Qualifications
Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
Experience in preparing Cash Flow Statements, Profit \& Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Functions).
Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills
