Finance and Accounts Head

We are looking for an experienced Finance \& Accounts Head to manage the company's accounts team, financial planning, and business performance analysis. The candidate will work closely with the Director to monitor financial health, analyse profitability, and support strategic business decisions.

\*Key Responsibilities:\*

Manage and supervise the accounts team and daily accounting operations.

Analyse Profit \& Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.

Prepare financial projections, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor company profitability, expenses, product costing, and profit margins.

Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables, and payables.

Coordinate with the external Chartered Accountant (CA) for taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.

Prepare monthly financial reports and present insights to the Director.

Support financial planning for business expansion, investments, and cost optimisation.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹1,900,000\.00 per month
