• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to lead and oversee the organization's financial operations, accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to support management in strategic financial decision\-making.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Financial Management \& Reporting**

• Oversee day\-to\-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision\-making.

• *2\. Budgeting \& Cost Control**

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyse variances.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved profitability.
• Track operating expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

• *3\. Taxation \& Statutory Compliance**

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory authorities.
• Oversee tax assessments, reconciliations, and filing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.

• *4\. Audit \& Internal Controls**

• Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, accounting procedures, and approval mechanisms.
• Identify financial risks, control gaps, and opportunities to improve processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

• *5\. Business Finance \& Commercial Operations**

• Analyse financial performance, margins, and profitability across business units.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and financial impact of inventory discrepancies, where applicable.
• Review vendor payments, customer collections, credit terms, and outstanding balances.
• Support business teams with financial analysis and commercial decision\-making.

• *6\. Team Management \& Process Improvement**

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
• Establish clear processes, responsibilities, and reporting timelines.
• Improve accounting systems, MIS reports, and financial workflows.
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to achieve business objectives.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI – mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant post\-qualification experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Hands\-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Good working knowledge of ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a dynamic business environment.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Immediate joiner or candidate available at short notice.
• Experience in retail, e\-commerce, FMCG, distribution, or multi\-location operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and decision\-making ability.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
