We are looking to hire a **Financial Data Analyst** to join our Finance team in Bangalore. Reporting to the CFO, this role will focus on building scalable data systems, developing advanced dashboards, and driving data\-led decision making across the business.
This is a highly **technical and data\-focused role**, requiring strong collaboration with Finance and IT teams to manage large\-scale data platforms and deliver impactful insights.

- *What You’ll Do:**
- ------------------
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data related to the Travel \& Tourism business.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to provide timely insights to finance and leadership teams.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand data requirements and deliver customised reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and reconciliation procedures.
- Assist in the automation of routine financial data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Stay current with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- *What You’ll Bring:**

- Experience in building and maintaining BI dashboards and reporting systems
- Strong understanding of SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics ecosystems
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non\-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in fast\-paced, cross\-functional environments
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exposure to AI/LLMs in analytics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non\-technical stakeholders.
- **Shift Timing:** 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems (ERP or accounting software) is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Travel \& Tourism industry landscape and its financial drivers is a strong plus.
