Finance Data Analyst

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **Finance Data Analyst** to support strategic financial planning through data\-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and business intelligence, with the ability to transform complex financial data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports for senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Business teams to gather and validate financial data.
• Automate financial reports and improve reporting efficiency using Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems.
• Conduct profitability, cost, revenue, and cash flow analysis.
• Assist in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision\-support reporting.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support audit and compliance requirements by preparing accurate financial documentation.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and implement best practices in financial analytics.

• *Key Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• MBA (Finance), CA (Inter), CMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• 4–8 years of experience in Finance Analytics, Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), MIS Reporting, or Business Finance.

• *Key Skills:**

• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros preferred).
• Hands\-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to present financial insights clearly to business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in automation using Power Query, Power Automate, Python, or VBA.
• Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and business intelligence projects.
• Understanding of data governance and financial controls.
• Experience working with large datasets and cross\-functional teams.

Pay: ₹262,815\.28 \- ₹1,076,015\.40 per year
