About AffieFly AffieFly Private Limited is a product\-focused AdTech company building digital advertising and monetization solutions, including GrowDeck. We work with advertisers, publishers, and app developers across performance marketing, offerwall monetization, and user acquisition. Role Overview We are seeking a responsible, detail\-oriented Finance Executive to own end\-to\-end finance operations—from accounting and payroll to publisher settlements, advertiser collections, statutory compliance, cash\-flow management, and financial forecasting. This role requires independent ownership of the finance function, not just routine data entry. Mandatory Requirement Hands\-on working experience with both Zoho Books and Tally is mandatory. Applicants must be comfortable managing day\-to\-day finance operations independently. Key Responsibilities End\-to\-End Finance \& Accounting Manage overall finance and accounting operations, including ledgers, journals, revenue, expenses, receivables, and payables. Maintain accurate books in Zoho Books and Tally; prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports. Ensure transactions are properly documented and follow internal financial controls. Publisher Payments \& Settlements Own the publisher payment cycle, including revenue validation, reconciliation, settlement calculations, and payouts. Maintain publisher\-wise ledgers, outstanding balances, payment schedules, and records of processed, pending, or disputed settlements. Verify invoices and supporting documents; resolve discrepancies with relevant teams and ensure approved payments follow schedule. Advertiser Billing \& Collections Manage advertiser invoicing, revenue reconciliation, accounts receivable, prepaid balances, postpaid credit, and outstanding invoices. Follow up on overdue collections and coordinate with sales/account teams. Reconcile campaign revenue against platform reports, invoices, and payments; flag overdue or high\-risk accounts. Payroll \& Employee Finance Process monthly payroll, salaries, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and payslips accurately and on time. Maintain employee salary records, advances, reimbursements, and full\-and\-final settlements. Coordinate applicable PF, TDS, professional tax, and other statutory deductions as relevant. Cash Flow \& Financial Projections Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash\-flow statements and forecasts. Project revenue, operating expenses, payroll, publisher payouts, vendor payments, and tax liabilities. Page 1 AffieFly Private Limited \| Finance \& AccountsBuild best\-case, expected\-case, and worst\-case scenarios; monitor working capital and alert management to liquidity risks early. GST, TDS \& Statutory Compliance Maintain records for GST, TDS, PF, and other applicable statutory obligations; track deadlines, liabilities, and challans. Reconcile GST records and coordinate returns, audits, and filings with the company's Chartered Accountant. Keep financial records accurate, complete, and audit\-ready. MIS \& Management Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, cash flow, and outstanding balances. Compare actual performance against budgets and projections; explain material variances. Maintain reliable finance trackers and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets. Banking, Vendors \& Financial Controls Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and foreign\-currency transactions. Track vendor invoices, software/server bills, office expenses, and other operational payments. Maintain payment approvals, supporting documents, and confidentiality of company financial information. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; B.Com preferred. Hands\-on experience with both Zoho Books and Tally is mandatory. 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Practical understanding of payroll, GST, TDS, and applicable statutory compliance. Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, trackers, and financial reporting. Experience preparing cash\-flow statements, budgets, and financial projections. Ability to manage end\-to\-end finance operations independently, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Experience Experience in AdTech, digital advertising, technology, SaaS, or performance marketing. Experience with publisher settlements, advertiser billing, and high\-volume transactions. Familiarity with international payments, foreign\-currency reconciliation, and cross\-border invoicing. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and completeness of books of accounts and reconciliations. Timely payroll and approved publisher/vendor payments. Timely advertiser invoicing, collections, and settlement reconciliation. Accuracy of cash\-flow forecasts and financial projections. Timely tracking of statutory liabilities and compliance deadlines. On\-time MIS reports and monthly financial statements. Reduction in unresolved discrepancies and overdue receivables.
