• *Job Title:** Finance Executive

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's accounting and financial activities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records.
• Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions when required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare MIS reports for management.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, etc.).
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
