• *About the Role**

RCV Technologies is looking for a **Finance Manager** who can take ownership of financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day **finance and accounting operations**
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual **financial reports and MIS**
• Handle **budgeting, forecasting, cash\-flow planning, and variance analysis**
• Monitor **accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations**
• Ensure timely **GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance**
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Develop and strengthen **financial controls and processes**
• Provide management with **financial insights and business analysis**
• Identify cost\-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
• Support **financial planning, forecasting, and decision\-making**
• Ensure timely month\-end and year\-end account closures

• *What We’re Looking For**

• **3–5 years of relevant experience** in Finance \& Accounting
• Strong understanding of **accounting principles and taxation**
• Hands\-on knowledge of **GST, TDS, reconciliations, and audits**
• Strong knowledge of **financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS**
• Advanced **MS Excel** skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
• Experience with **accounting software / ERP systems**
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder\-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• *Preferred**

• Experience in **IT services, technology, digital marketing, SaaS, or service\-based organizations**
• Experience in **management reporting and financial analysis**
• Exposure to **financial modelling and business forecasting**
• Knowledge of **Power BI or other BI/reporting tools**
