Key Roles \& Responsibilities

• Preparation and maintenance of daily/monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Passing and verification of day\-to\-day banking entries in the accounting system.
• Preparation of bank interest calculations and verification of interest debited by banks.
• Coordination with banks for day\-to\-day banking operations and transaction\-related matters.
• Processing and management of WCDL (Working Capital Demand Loan) requests.
• Handling bill discounting requests, documentation and follow\-ups with banks.
• Verification of bank advices, debit/credit advices and interest statements.
• Monitoring bank balances, outstanding facilities and repayment schedules.
• Maintaining banking records and preparing reports for management.

Qualification \& Experience :\-

1\) B Com / M Com or equivalent

2\) 2\-4 years of experience in accounting

3\) Experience with Spectrum accounting software is an added advantage
