Adsparkx is a performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate marketing and media buying across international markets. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Finance Manager** to lead our finance function, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the company’s financial health.#### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Oversee end\-to\-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, payroll, and audits.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights to leadership for decision\-making and business growth strategies.
• Build and implement internal financial controls, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for international operations and client/vendor transactions.

#### **Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).
• 7\+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Experience in the digital marketing, advertising, or IT industry will be an added advantage.
