Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and accounting operations. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management to support business growth and sustainability.

The Finance Manager works closely with leadership to provide insights, manage financial risks, and optimize financial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\* Manage day\-to\-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

\* Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).

\* Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.

\* Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory regulations, and financial policies.

\* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.

\* Develop financial strategies to support business growth.

\* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

\* Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

\* Lead and manage the finance team

Educational Qualification

\* MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification

Experience

\* EdTech company Experience Mandatory
