Finance Manager

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end accounting and bookkeeping operations.
• Handle GST, TDS, direct taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate RBI reporting, FEMA, and FDI\-related compliance.
• Manage payments, cash flow, banking, and vendor accounts.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls.
• Handle payroll and related statutory compliance.

• *Requirements:**

5\+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and direct taxation.

Working knowledge of FEMA, FDI, and RBI reporting.

Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks and MS Excel.

CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com preferred.
