To strengthen the Finance function within our international subsidiaries, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will begin their career path at our subsidiary in India, which is currently experiencing significant business growth, and will subsequently complete their professional development through assignments at our locations in China and Thailand.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
• Support month\-end and year\-end closing processes and ensure the correct application of relevant accounting standards;
• Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow;
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning;
• Optimize working capital through the effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory;
• Manage relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other financial partners;
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contribute to maintaining a robust internal control and financial governance framework;
• Coordinate external audit activities and support internal audit processes.

• *Requisiti tecnici**
• --------------------

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• 4–6 years of experience in finance and accounting within structured organizations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory, coordination, or managerial role;
• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project\-based environments is preferred;
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian will be considered an asset;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP accounting standards;
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent will be considered a plus.

The gross annual salary for this position starts from € 45\.000,00, in addition to a range of expatriation benefits. The compensation will be defined based on objective and neutral criteria, such as professional experience, skills, and the level of autonomy required by the role.
