• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Finance Manager with a strong background in GST compliance, TDS management, and overall financial operations in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess in\-depth knowledge of financial regulations, cost accounting principles, statutory compliance, and the ability to lead a finance team efficiently.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

\* Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, GSTR\-9 etc.)

\* Manage GST reconciliation, audits, and handling of notices

\* Handle end\-to\-end TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, and filing of returns

\* Reconcile TDS with books and Form 26AS

\* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports

\* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund flow requirements

\* Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

\* Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of audits

\* Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements

**Skills \& Requirements**

\* Minimum 5\-7 years of experience in finance \& accounts, preferably in a manufacturing setup

\* Strong working knowledge of GST laws, TDS regulations, and Indian Accounting Standards

\* Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP/ MS Excel

\* Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills

\* Experience in dealing with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
