Finance Manager

• *Salary:** ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month

• *About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Finance Manager** to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to guide the organization toward profitability and long\-term success.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Supervise and guide junior finance team members.

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• **Age:** Between 30 and 40 years.
• **Education:** MBA Finanace, M.Com , CA, CA Intermediate .
• **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• **Stability:** Should not have switched more than 3 companies throughout career.
• **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and relevant financial software.
• **Compliance Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
