- *Position:** Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, Revenue, and Cost accounting. Ensure accuracy and integrity of Balance Sheet and Profit \& Loss accounts through regular General Ledger (GL) reviews and reconciliations.
- *Duties and Responsibilities**
- Overall in charge of finance and accounting function
- Responsible for monthly closure of books which include AP, AR, Treasury, Revenue \& Cost
- Ensure integrity of financial numbers for both balance sheet and P\&L account heads by carrying out monthly GL review and reconciliations.
- Review Fixed Asset Register, ensure capitalization of assets on time and proper accounting of depreciation.
- Ensure completion of unit financials in AS format and MIS on a monthly basis. Also responsible to review and submit monthly financials.
- Undertake budgeting \& forecasting function and coordinate with corporate team for consolidation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and ensure deduction \& remittance of statutory dues to government before the due dates
- Interaction with operation heads to ensure the integrity of financial numbers \& flag off alerts on variances in budget
- Undertake periodic review of policies and procedure, make change if necessary
- Automation of revenue function and MIS functions.
- *Qualification \& Experience:**
- Masters in finance with minimum 5 Years’ of experience ,
- Hospital experience will be an advantage
- Must have Good analytical, Interpretation and communication skills
- Must have Knowledge of advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience working in ERP environment is desirable
