• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands\-on experience in financial management, compliance, and reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Manage day\-to\-day accounting and finance operations

\- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements

\- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances

\- Monitor cash flow, banking, and fund management

\- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations

\- Coordinate internal and external audits

\- Ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance

\- Support management with financial planning and decision\-making

• *Requirements**

\- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

\- 3–5 years of relevant experience

\- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and financial reporting

\- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills

\- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) candidates will be preferred
