Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end accounting operations and financial activities
• Manage day\-to\-day accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally
• Prepare and maintain P\&L and Balance Sheet
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
• Handle bank, ledger, vendor, customer \& account reconciliations
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts
• Support statutory compliance, audits \& financial documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and management on finance requirements

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance \& Accounts
• Strong hands\-on experience in **Tally \& end\-to\-end accounting**
• Good knowledge of **P\&L, Balance Sheet, MIS \& financial reporting**
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• **Hindi proficiency is mandatory**
• Candidates from **Automotive / Engineering industries preferred**
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹85,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
