Job Description – Finance Manager

Job Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, accounting processes, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role requires ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and supporting management with financial analysis and strategic decision\-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Manage day\-to\-day accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely bank payments through RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and cheque processing.
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accounting \& Finalization
- Supervise bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Review and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit \& Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and accounting entries.
- Coordinate year\-end closing and statutory audits.
Taxation \& Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage tax assessments, notices, scrutiny cases, and departmental follow\-ups.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, Consultants, and Government Authorities.
Budgeting \& Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
- Conduct variance analysis and cost control measures.
- Provide financial forecasting and business performance analysis.
- Support management in strategic financial planning.
Internal Controls \& Audit
- Establish and maintain strong internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
MIS \& Reporting
- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations.
- Present financial data to senior management.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise finance and accounts team members.
- Develop and maintain a positive work culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and training initiatives.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
