We are looking for a responsible, detail\-oriented, and experienced Finance Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage the company's day\-to\-day finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, along with strong analytical and Excel skills.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and bookkeeping.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor/customer payment tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and expense verification.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and company expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursement records with HR.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with management, banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and external consultants.
• Ensure timely payments, collections, financial reporting, and compliance deadlines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, invoicing, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks.

• *Preferred:** Experience working in an IT services or software company will be an added advantage.
