• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Finance Manager** to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage accounting processes, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills with the ability to maintain accuracy and compliance across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day\-to\-day finance and accounting operations of the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and financial controls.
• Manage vendor payments and maintain healthy financial relationships.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management for business growth.
• Establish and improve financial policies, internal controls, and operational procedures.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records using ERP systems.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments for finance\-related activities.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
• **6–10 years** of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in statutory compliance, audits, payroll, and financial planning.
• Hands\-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is an added advantage).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
