• *Job Description: Finance Manager**

• *Cella Space Ltd.** is a listed company on the Bombay Stock Exchange, with offices in Kochi and Chennai. We are a rising force in India’s Industrial and Logistics Infrastructure sector, specializing in the creation of world\-class Industrial Parks and Warehouses. To strengthen our Finance Department, we are seeking a dynamic and young Chartered Accountant to join our team.

• *Role Overview**

The Finance s Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial operations and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. He/She will directly report to the Managing Director and provide strategic advice and support to the Board of Directors and senior management on financial planning, budgeting, and governance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Preparation of financial statements, monthly budgets, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

3\. Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit queries.

4\. Oversee statutory filings including GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

5\. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliation of accounts.

6\. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure liquidity.

7\. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• *Qualifications and Experience**

• B.Com \& CA (fully qualified) having a minimum of 1–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a limited company.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills and Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in TALLY ERP/and MS Office tool

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹130,000\.00 per month
