Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle vehicle financing, customer loan coordination, bank and NBFC relationships, loan disbursements, and finance\-related activities in an automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle finance operations for new and used car sales.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for car loan approvals and disbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and finance companies.
• Monitor loan applications, approval status, pending cases, and disbursement timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and customers to complete finance documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of loan files and required documents to financial institutions.
• Follow up on rejected, pending, and delayed loan applications.
• Monitor dealership\-wise and salesperson\-wise finance performance.
• Track finance conversion ratios, loan disbursements, and monthly targets.
• Negotiate with banks and NBFCs for competitive interest rates and customer loan offers.
• Monitor finance schemes, customer eligibility, down payments, and loan terms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finance performance reports.
• Resolve customer and bank\-related issues concerning vehicle loans.
• Ensure compliance with the lending institution's documentation and verification requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of automobile retail financing and car loan processes.
• Strong relationships with banks and NBFCs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and finance reporting.
• Ability to achieve finance penetration and disbursement targets.

Experience Preference

Experience in Tata Motors or another automobile dealership, particularly in vehicle finance and bank/NBFC coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
