Location: Padamughal, Kakkanad
Industry: Security Services
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the day\-to\-day accounting operations of our security services company. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in accounting, GST compliance, payroll processing and financial record management. Candidates residing in or near Padamughal, Kakkanad will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day\-to\-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accounts using Tally ERP.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
- Process employee salary calculations and payroll.
- Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash and expense tracking.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and audit requirements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Strong knowledge of GST, bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Experience in salary processing/payroll.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidates who are settled near Padamughal, Kakkanad will be preferred for long\-term stability.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
