Job Description – Finance Manager

Location: Padamughal, Kakkanad

Industry: Security Services

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the day\-to\-day accounting operations of our security services company. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in accounting, GST compliance, payroll processing and financial record management. Candidates residing in or near Padamughal, Kakkanad will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day\-to\-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain accounts using Tally ERP.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Process employee salary calculations and payroll.
  • Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash and expense tracking.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and audit requirements.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Experience in salary processing/payroll.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Candidates who are settled near Padamughal, Kakkanad will be preferred for long\-term stability.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
