Finance Manager

• Manage day\-to\-day financial operations and accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor company income, expenses, cash flow, and budgets.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings in coordination with the relevant professionals.
• Monitor payroll processing, salary payments, and employee\-related financial transactions in coordination with HR.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and expense reports.
• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to control costs.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Support management in financial planning and business decision\-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing the overall finance function of a company.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and present findings to management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
