1\. Finance Manager

• *Experience Required:** 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day\-to\-day finance, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and working capital.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Analyse financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Establish internal financial controls and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Lead the finance team and provide financial insights to management for business decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision\-making skills.

2\. Finance Executive

• *Experience Required:** 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic management reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and Income Tax documentation and compliance.
• Monitor expenses, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors.
• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organisational abilities.

Mandatory Requirements

• **MBA in Finance is mandatory for both positions.**
• Finance Manager: 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Finance Executive: 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hyderabad\-based candidates only.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office.
