- Prepare monthly **Forecasts, Actuals, and Annual Budgets** for P\&L and KPIs
- Perform **financial reporting** with dashboards, commentary, and variance analysis (Budget/Forecast/YoY)
- Conduct **financial and variance analysis** to support business decisions and improvements
- Ensure **data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation** of financial information
- Support **Business Reviews, 3\-Year Plans**, and ad\-hoc management requests
- Collaborate with **cross\-functional teams** (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance)
- Ensure **governance, internal controls, and SOP compliance**
