• **Role Description:***

We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist with a strong background in accounting, financial management, and global accounting systems. The ideal candidate should preferably be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or possess strong financial and accounting expertise, with practical knowledge of international accounting practices and financial reporting.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact confidently with US\-based customers, and the flexibility to work in the US EST time zone.

• **Key Responsibilities:***

• Manage and support financial accounting activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards and organizational policies.
• Apply knowledge of global accounting principles, financial reporting, and international accounting practices.
• Handle and review financial transactions, general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month\-end and year\-end closing processes.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting activities, as applicable.
• Work with global accounting systems and ERP platforms to manage financial data, transactions, and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial records and reports.
• Analyze financial data, investigate discrepancies, and support timely resolution of accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Coordinate with US\-based customers and international finance teams to address accounting queries and provide financial updates.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• **Required Skills \& Qualifications:***

• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5\+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and global accounting practices.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards, preferably US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience working with global accounting systems or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and financial closing processes.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with US\-based customers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage financial information accurately.
• Willingness to work in the US EST time zone.

• **Preferred Qualifications:***

• Experience working with US\-based clients or multinational organizations.
• Exposure to international financial reporting, accounting controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling accounting operations across multiple entities or geographies.
• Immediate availability to join.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
